North Dakota Democrats are crying foul at a new ad from the presumptive Republican nominee for Senate, Congressman Rick Berg, in which the candidate’s mother reminisces while sitting with him at the dinner table — claiming that it copied its format and look from an ad by a Democratic legislator in last year’s Virginia races.
