Liz Cheney posted this picture on Twitter of her father, former Vice President Dick Cheney, with a simple caption: “home.” Dick Cheney, 71, received a heart transplant late last month. Cheney’s office released a statement Tuesday saying the former vice president was released from the hospital today after heart transplant surgery 10 days ago.
