Lawyers for former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-TX) will make oral arguments on Wednesday before the 3rd Court of Appeals, looking to overturn his 2010 conviction on money laundering and conspiracy charges.
DeLay, 65, was sentenced to three years in prison, but the sentence was put on hold pending appeal.
