CNN reports:
Police in Berlin say they believe they have arrested the Canadian porn actor accused by investigators of killing and dismembering a man, and then mailing parts of the body to politicians.
The man, believed to be Luka Rocco Magnotta, was arrested at an Internet cafe after a witness alerted them to his presence, police said. They were awaiting the results of fingerprinting to confirm his identity.
