A bomb squad was on hand Wednesday to search a truck belonging to a person of interest in a reported shooting incident at a Mississippi military facility where part of the “Jade Helm 15” military exercise was expected to take place, local TV station WDAM reported.
Police would not say what was in the suspect’s truck, according to the news station, and no confirmed device had been reported.
