Vice President Joe Biden will head to Houston next week to “discuss the importance of investing in infrastructure to improve America’s competitiveness, strengthen the middle class, and grow our economy,” the White House said.
Biden will deliver the remarks Monday at the Port of Houston.
It will mark the administration’s second politically motivated visit this month to Texas after President Barack Obama went to Dallas to promote the Affordable Care Act.
