Vice President Joe Biden on Monday extended a congratulatory message over Twitter to Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco, who was selected most valuable player of the Super Bowl.
Like Flacco, Biden attended the University of Delaware — something the vice president alluded to in his tweet.
