Sen. John Barrasso (R-WY) said Sunday that President Obama’s health care law is beyond fixing.

“It’s time to start over,” said the No. 4 Senate Republican on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “I think there’s going to be a major taxpayer bailout needed.”

Barrasso said that the flaws in Obamacare go beyond the glitched website rollout.

“The website is just the tip of the iceberg,” he said.

Obama announced a temporary fix to a the health care law Thursday that allows insurers to renew individual marketplace plans that were canceled as a result of Obamacare, but Republicans are still unsatisfied with the law.
