The National Organization for Marriage has a 30-second ad up in Iowa, informing voters that Ron Paul is not sufficiently anti-same-sex marriage, reports On Top Magazine. The ad is ostensibly aimed at Iowa’s evangelical voters, many of whom are supporting Paul who is at a close second in recent polls.
“All the major presidential candidates have pledged to preserve traditional marriage,” the ad begins. “Ron Paul has even called for abolishing marriage altogether…You may think of Ron Paul as a conservative, but when it comes to marriage, he’s a radical who would destroy traditional marriage in America.”
