CNN reports that the man arrested for allegedly firing a weapon at the White House last Friday, 21-year-old Oscar Ramiro Ortega-Hernandez, will be charged with attempted assassination of the president or a member of his staff.
President Obama was not in the White House at the time of the shooting.
