The Newt Gingrich-Mitt Romney contest is heating up. But former Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell’s endorsement could seal the deal for Romney, Colbert said Wednesday.
“Boom, Mitt Romney is back in it!” he said. Christine O’Donnell’s endorsement will cast a spell over primary voters. Okay that’s a bad metaphor…”
But O’Donnell’s endorsement proves once and for all she is not a witch. “A witch would have gone for the eye of Newt,” Colbert said.
