Late Update: Seems Tsarnaev’s wounds may have been somewhat more extensive than other reports suggest. The complaint said “apparent gunshot wounds to the head, neck, legs, and hand.”

“The man pointed a firearm at the [carjacking] victim and stated, ‘Did you hear about the Boston explosion?’ and ‘I did that.’ The man removed the magazine from his gun and showed the victim that it had a bullet in it, and then reinserted the magazine. The man then stated, ‘I am serious.'”

The complaint suggests that the carjacking victim escaped rather than being freed.
It looks like the feds have come up empty on their initial search of accused ricin mailer Paul Kevin Curtis. No evidence of ricin in the home and nothing suspicious on his computers. Doesn’t mean they won’t find it obviously. But this guy didn’t strike me as a master of tradecraft. So curious.
Late Update: To up the awesomeness, through his attorney, Curtis says that J. Everett Dutschke, a martial arts instructor with whom Curtis is apparently engaged in a ‘feud’, may have tried to frame him.
