The Battle Is Joined In Florida

The new GOP-driven voting restrictions in Florida may have been designed to discriminate against minority voters, the Justice Department alleges. That includes the new anti-ACORN law that prompted the League of Women Voters, the gold standard for voter registration drives, to halt its voter drives in the state.
