With Rove getting attacked for trying to shut down the Tea Party, his group American Crossroads is now running an ad attacking Ashley Judd.
We now see where the House GOP is looking for a ‘compromise’ on immigration reform: creating a second class non-citizenship status for those who want a pathway to real citizenship.
It’s being treated as a relatively minor story. And I understand the reasons. But the idea that the US Mail is no longer going to be delivered on Saturday is just mind blowing to me.

As advertised, President Obama is calling on Congress to pay down the sequester for a few months with a mix of less abrupt spending cuts and new tax revenues. Specifically, he argues that Congress should buy itself time to hash out a unified budget — to create a glide path for further deficit reduction — instead of attempting to cobble together legislative priorities while the sequester takes its toll on government services and the economy.
