I’m an attorney in Tennessee. This story comes up every time Atlanta empties its reservoirs. First, Atlanta and the State of Georgia has been sued to keep them from overusing their rivers and ruining the estuaries along the coast. The same thing would happen to the Tennessee River because of how screwed up (basically non-existent) is the regional planning around Atlanta.

I confess I sought the sign out because I’d noticed it in my Instagram feed earlier in the morning and thought it was funny. Memes are funny. Youthful insouciance is (sometimes) funny. The notion that Antonin Scalia might just toss out DOMA and Prop 8 because YOLO, then maybe go march in a pride parade is very funny.
