Apparent confirmation that the federal prosecutor in that Aryan Brotherhood of Texas case withdrew because of the murders of those two local prosecutors in Texas.
In an email to defense attorneys in the case sent today, Assistant U.S. Attorney Jay Hileman cited “security reasons” for his withdrawal. Eric Lach has more.
