In a genius move, House Republicans plan to add language delaying Obamacare into a temporary government funding bill and bring it to a vote this afternoon, a little more than 24 hours after defund Obamacare language in an earlier House GOP funding bill failed to make it through the Senate.
Notwithstanding slow collapse of functioning state system in Washington, this is happening.

Fox News went in to full defensive mode after President Obama warned Americans this week not to look to the network for helpful information on the Affordable Care Act.
Obama announces he just got off the phone with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani — the first direct communication between Iranian and American leaders since 1979. That puts the government shutdown/debt limit craziness in even starker relief.
