This week, House Speaker Paul Ryan is expected to usher a $1.1 trillion omnibus through the House. The bill is a heavy lift and while many conservatives aren’t pleased with the product and plan to vote against it, they have made a point to praise Ryan for his tone and cooperation throughout the process.
