A busy week in news or the busiest? On Monday the Supreme Court grabbed its first headlines of the week, issuing a a ruling on Arizona’s immigration law that left supporters confusedly claiming victory and opponents happy to still have something they could use against Mitt Romney. Tuesday and Wednesday saw their share of Presidential campaign stories, but the Supreme Court really grabbed headlines on Thursday when the highest court in the land surprised everyone (well, maybe not everyone) when it ruled the mandate central to President Obama’s health care law constitutional as a tax. Republicans did get a consolation prize when the House voted to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress. Finally, on Friday President Obama visited Colorado, which has been fighting a devastating outbreak of wildfires.
