While several conservatives have accused Democrats of deliberately duping women, one right-wing commentator is wondering why women keep getting duped.
Amid a debate over the gender pay gap, former shock jock Neal Boortz took to Twitter on Tuesday not just to blast Democrats over their branding of the “War on Women,” but to also question the acumen of women voters.
What does it say about women voters that they’re so easily fooled and manipulated by the Democrats asinine “war on women” rhetoric?

It’s a step beyond what’s been the right’s go-to line whenever the topic turns to issues related to gender equality.
National Republican Senatorial Committee spokesman Brad Dayspring tweeted Tuesday that the Paycheck Fairness Act being pushed by the White House and Democrats is nothing more than a “a political ploy designed to mislead women.”
Sabrina Schaeffer, executive director of the conservative Independent Women’s Forum, said Monday that the gender pay gap is actually a “myth” that makes women “feel weak.”
The line has also been trotted out during debates over abortion and contraception, most infamously by Mike Huckabee.
The former Arkansas governor said earlier this year that Democrats “want to insult the women of America by making them believe that they are helpless without Uncle Sugar coming in and providing for them a prescription each month for birth control.”
But unlike Dayspring, Schaeffer and Huckabee, Boortz seemed to be putting the onus not on Democrats but on women.
