It seems self-described white supremacist Craig Cobb’s quixotic effort to turn a North Dakota town into an all-white enclave is about to end.

The city of Leith, N.D. planned to condemn and demolish Cobb’s home after he missed a Saturday deadline to install water and sewer service on his property, the Forum News Service reported.

The deadline expired as Cobb sat in county jail in Stanton, N.D. He and one of his followers, Kynan Dutton, were jailed last month on terrorizing charges for allegedly threatening their neighbors with guns. The two are scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 13.

Deborah Dutton, Kynan Dutton’s girlfriend, told Forum News Service that two of Cobb’s acquaintances already removed his belongings from the home.

The acquaintances said Cobb planned to relocate to Louisiana once he resolves his legal issues in the state, according to Dutton. Cobb originally relocated to the Midwest from Canada, where he is wanted for inciting hatred on a blog in 2010.
