Egypt’s Ministry of Health confirmed that four deaths and many injuries have been reported at the protests near Cairo University in Giza to oust Islamist Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi, according to a tweet Tuesday afternoon by The Wall Street Journal’s Middle correspondent, Matt Bradley.
