Boston Bombing Suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Indicted On 30 Counts

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the 19-year-old suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings, was indicted on 30 counts Thursday by a federal grand jury. The charges include using a weapon of mass destruction and bombing a place of public use, resulting in death.
