As Edward Snowden reportedly remains abroad from fear of legal ramification, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) on Monday called his decision to leak classified information from the National Security Agency “potentially a felony.”
I view Mr. Snowdens’ actions not as one of patriotism but potentially a felony.
