A North Miami, Fla. woman fell short in her mayoral bid on Tuesday, despite claiming a heavenly endorsement.
In a campaign poster (shown below), Anna Pierre said that she had been endorsed by Jesus Christ. Results from the North Miami mayoral election showed that Pierre notched only 56 votes, finishing last in a seven candidate field. On Wednesday, Pierre appeared to question those results in a post on her Facebook page.
