Boston Mayor: Suspect Surrounded In Backyard

Boston Mayor Thomas Menino on Friday told WBZ-TV that police have surrounded that backyard of a home in Watertown, Mass. where it is believed that 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the surviving suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings, was hiding.
