The FBI in Boston said it is no longer in pursuit of a 1999 four-door, green Honda Civic with Massachusetts license plates 116GC7, after saying earlier that 19-year-old Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev may be driving the vehicle.
