Los Angeles Police Department spokesman Cmdr. Andrew Smith declined to confirm Tuesday that a man holed up in a cabin near Big Bear, Calif., was in fact Christopher Dorner, the ex-cop suspected of killing three people. Shortly after an exchange of gunfire between the suspect in the cabin and law enforcement authorities, the cabin engulfed into flames.
