A pro-opposition monitoring group said at least 65 people were found dead with their hands bound in the Syrian city of Aleppo on Tuesday, Reuters reported.
The victims apparently suffered gunshot wounds in the head. While it remains unclear who carried out the massacre, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the death toll could climb to 80.
