President Obama holds a slight national 1 point edge over Republican challenger Mitt Romney amongst likely voters, 47 percent to 46 percent, according to a new Purple Strategies poll released on Friday. The poll surveyed 1,000 likely voters conducted Oct. 31-Nov. 1, with the margin of error standing at plus or minus 3.1 percentage points.
