Yahoo on Tuesday announced it had made an online content partnership deal with Wenner Media, the company founded by magazine titan Jann Wenner, which publishes “Rolling Stone,” “Us Weekly,” and “Men’s Journal,” which together account for 42 million readers in print and 22 million online.

Under the deal, Yahoo websites inlcuding “omg!” and “Yahoo! Music” will feature branded pages for “Us Weekly” and “Rolling Stone,” respectively and vice versa.

Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. The move does go against the grain of recent reports indicating that Yahoo would be moving away from a focus on online media and back toward its technology roots under the leadership of new CEO Marissa Mayer
