Paul Ryan attacked Vice President Joe Biden’s part in running the stimulus program and what he called $90 billion in “green pork,” accusing him of cronyism.
After a rebuttal from Biden, Ryan acknowledged that he did advocate for stimulus grants to go to Wisconsin “on two occasions.”
