In the wake of its record-high $1 billion-plus patent infringement trial victory over Samsung in San Jose on Friday, Apple is seeking a sales ban in the U.S. on eight different Samsung devices, according to court documents filed Monday.
Samsung’s flagship new phone, the Galaxy S III, which debuted in the U.S. this summer, appears to be spared, but older Samsung devices are targeted. Apple has yet to been awarded the ban. A court will decide, with hearings beginning on Sept. 20th. The Verge has the full list of products and more on the case.
