Paul Ryan released two years of tax returns Friday evening, fulfilling a promise he made on “60 Minutes” the day after he formally became Mitt Romney’s running mate. Ryan and his wife, Janna, “paid an effective tax rate of 15.9% in 2010 and 20% in 2011,” according to a review of the returns by the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.
