Former President Bill Clinton said scrutinizing Mitt Romney’s offshore investments is fair game in this election. Speaking to NBC’s “Today,” Clinton said he is “perplexed” that Romney only released a year’s worth of tax returns. “That struck me as a little odd,” he said.
