A British tribunal has ruled that portions of a March 12, 2003 phone conversation between Tony Blair and George Bush must be disclosed, The Guardian reports. The conversation took place days before the invasion of Iraq and, according to the paper, the two men are believed to have discussed U.N. resolutions on Iraq and a television interview given by then-French President Jacques Chirac on March 10, 2003.
