Obama Camp Pushes Bain Capital Record With New Video

The Obama campaign is continuing to attack Mitt Romney’s record at Bain Capital by highlighting another example of a company that closed a plant and laid off its workers under Bain’s watch.  The paper company Ampad, which closed its plant in Marion, Indiana, is the subject of a new nearly 6-minute video featuring former works who talk about the devastation of losing their jobs. Last week, the Obama campaign focused on GST Steel, which closed a plant in Missouri under Bain’s watch.

In addition to the video, the campaign his hosting a conference call with Randy Johnson, a former Ampad employee, at 11:30 AM ET Monday.
