In a new ad Thursday in Iowa, Romney plays up his fiscal and economic vision for the country, but in moral terms that appeal to Iowa caucus-goers. “It’s a moral responsibility to believe in fiscal responsibility,” Romney says in the ad, which plays on the idea that we are passing the deficit on to our kids with a montage of pictures of children.
