Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain is weighing in on the gridlock crippling Congress, saying House Republicans should worry about pairing disaster relief with spending cuts later.
“I would make sure that FEMA got the money it needed, and if I had to go find the offsets later, go find it later,” Cain said on CNN, The Hill reports. “Stop playing with people’s tragedies — these are real people we’re talking about.”
