Former White House Chief of Staff — and current Chicago mayor — Rahm Emanuel will be the keynote speaker at the Iowa Democratic Party’s Jefferson-Jackson dinner, the Des Moines Register reports.
The dinner, scheduled for Nov. 19 in Des Moines, is a huge Democratic fundraising event in the state, according to the paper, attracting thousands of party leaders and activists.
