What To Expect

  • The debate gets going at 9 p.m. and will air on CNN and on The Des Moines Register's website.
  • Runtime is expected to be roughly 2 hours.
  • Tonight we have six candidates: Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Pete Buttigieg, Tom Steyer and Amy Klobuchar.
  • It will be moderated by CNN's Wolf Blitzer and Abby Phillip and The Des Moines Register's Brianne Pfannenstiel.
