The Secret Service is reportedly investigating the Yester Years Pub and Grill in West Allis, Wisconsin, after a bartender apparently duct taped the neck of a small figurine of President Obama, then burned it.
Local station TMJ4 reported the incident, and shows the video that features bar patrons cheering and laughing as the figure burns:
