Trump Winery, owned by Eric Trump, has asked the Labor Department to allow for the hiring of 23 foreign guest workers, immigrants who come to America temporarily for work.

According to a Monday BuzzFeed News report, since the Trump campaign began in 2015, the President’s various businesses have hired more than 600 workers from outside of the U.S.

The Washington Post reported Saturday that Trump’s Westchester, New York golf club quietly fired a dozen undocumented employees under cover of the border wall shutdown. The month before that, the New York Times identified at least two undocumented housekeepers employed at the Trump Bedminster golf club in New Jersey.

Trump ran much of his campaign and administration on an “American First” nationalism, underscored by the hardline anti-immigration policies of White House senior adviser Stephen Miller.
