Rick Perry joined a pile of candidates jumping on Herman Cain’s 9-9-9 plan at the CNN debate in Las Vegas Tuesday. Perry, who has struggled in past debates, appeared focused on turning up his Texas dial to 11 in the early stages of the Las Vegas forum.

“At the end of the week I’ll be laying out a plan that — I’ll bump plans with you, brother, and we’ll see who has the best idea about how you get this country working again,” Perry said.
