A Super-PAC supporting Jon Huntsman has a new TV ad, set to run in New Hampshire starting Tuesday, that asks a key question for Republican primary voters: How come we haven’t heard of Jon Huntsman?

The ad shows a montage of an older man, a woman and another man, all bemoaning the state of the country — and hoping for a genuine, electable conservative in the presidential race.

“The president’s failed. The economy’s worse”; “Stock market’s a wreck. Are we the next Greece?”; “Our government’s flabby, bloated, and weak”; “Health care reform? Toss it”; “Got a job? Sure you’ll have it next week?”; “The world is literally collapsing — and no one has shown up we can trust as a conservative”; “Who actually has a chance to win”; “And not some phony who tells me one thing, and you another”; “Where’s that guy?”

The ad then shows a series of on-screen text, describing Huntsman’s record and citing various news sources, before introducing a photo of Huntsman himself.

The old man says: “Why haven’t we heard of this guy?”
