GRAND RAPIDS, MI — A second robocall tagged with “Paid for by Rick Santorum for President” calling on Democrats to cross over and vote for Santorum in the Michigan primary has been obtained by TPM. The call appears to feature the same voiceover actor as the robocall TPM uncovered Monday, which the Santorum campaign later confirmed came from them.

The campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the new call, which TPM obtained Tuesday evening from a Democrat who received the call in Alto, MI.

The new call features and Election Day GOTV message aimed at “fellow Democrats, Republicans and Independents” calling on them to vote for Santorum because Mitt Romney opposed the auto bailout. That’s a similar message to the Democratic voter-specific call uncovered Monday.

Take a listen:

Santorum came under fire for sponsoring the Monday call urging Democratic crossover votes, which the Romney campaign called a dirty trick. Santorum has said the calls are targeted at “Reagan Democrats,” though in the recent past he’s publicly opposed “a bunch of people who don’t even identify themselves as Republicans picking our nominee.”
