Get ready. At 10 AM the Supreme Court is going to release a new batch of cases. Since we’ve gone a few Mondays without any of the perceived really big cases, it seems likely we’ll see some this morning. What we’re hearing is that it’s not likely the big marriage equality decision comes down. More focus on affirmative action and the voting rights act. But then again, who knows? Anything could happen.
