A federal judge wants to know what Rupert Murdoch’s reaction was to a cartoon his paper published depicting Obama as a dead chimpanzee.
Interestingly, editor Col Allan tried to invoke something called “editorial privilege” to shield discussions about chimp cartoons. But the judge didn’t buy it.
