In the poll released on Tuesday, 18 percent of likely caucusgoers supported Carson, down from 28 percent in October.
Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) trailed Carson in the Tuesday poll with 13 percent support.
Quinnipiac University surveyed 600 likely Iowa Republican caucusgoers Nov. 16-22 via phone with a margin of error plus or minus four percentage points
Kind of terrifying to think that a few months of Trump dominating the news will make people consider Cruz moderate and statesmanlike by comparison.
Cruz needs just enough noose to hang himself and Trump will then run as Independent. Then they can both go back to their home in Africa.
beginning to think that this current election cycle isn’t a practical joke anymore…

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5E1dbn6fWI8Iowa loves some talibangelical whacka-doodle. Trump insulted evangelicals a few times…this will be Cruz’ high water mark.
I wouldn’t count on that. He may well be the nominee.
