Donald Trump holds a single-point lead over Hillary Clinton, 46-45, among likely voters nationally in the head-to-head matchup, according to the latest Fox News Poll.
In a four-way race, the race is reversed, with Clinton taking a one-point lead, 41-40, and Libertarian Gary Johnson at 8 percent and Green Party’s Jill Stein at 3 percent.
This new poll pushed TPM’s PollTracker Average for the national general election race into a tie, at 43.8 apiece.
Among registered voters, Clinton still leads by three points, 46-43. This marks a drop in her lead among registered voters from a Fox Poll released early this month, where she led by six points, 48-42. Fox News did not poll likely national voters in its previous poll.
The Fox News poll was conducted Sept. 11-14 via live telephone interview. The survey included 1,006 registered voters, as well as a subset of 867 likely voters. Both the registered and likely voter populations have a margin of error of plus or minus three percent.
With his election, we can add a 51st state - the State of Deplorable.
That’s the opposite of every other poll that includes the Libertarians and Greens (why the Greens?): for some reason in every other poll Clinton is hurt more by the inclusion but in this one it’s Trump.
So much for the much-touted Clinton ‘ground game.’ Seems meaningless this go-around.
Better vote for Trump, then.
And so much for that Obama “ground game” as well, way back when:
OK, I’m ready for the polls to start swaying back the other way now.
